Rated 1 out of 5?by fantastic carmel Be CAREFUL coming here at times, you will see the best, so you can come. But, neighbors are loud with music at night. If you have a problem it takes more than a day to fix it and they don't normally fix anything after 6 pm. Even if it is important, to you.. Maitenance will do average, when they come. The laundry is nice is they are working. February 22, 2013
