Rated 5 out of 5?by 4 U 2 Know A Nice Place To Call Home I just had to move but loved my time here at Amador. Rosa the manager was always helpful and when my toilet got plugged maintenance came right away to help me out. The pool here is great. Wish I could have gotten two parking spaces but other than that I will regret having to leave to be closer to Oakland where I got a new job. May 31, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Mike L DID ME WRONG lived here in 2006 Ray was a great manager always paid our rent on time told him 1 month before we left that we had to move because of work. It is now 2013 and I was told I still owe the Amador money BUT I left understanding is was OK to leave 2 months early and did not ask for any of my deposits back because he was nice enough and understood my dilemma NOW BECAUSE OF THEM I MIGHT HAVE A BAD RENTAL RECORD May 15, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by None BEST PLACE TO LIVE - EXCELLENT LOCATION I have lived at Amador appts going on three years now and my family and I love it. The building is conveniently located near a grocery stores, shopping and public transportation. It is a quiet and clean place to live. The management up keep of the units is excellent. Management is responsive and so far the neighborhood is safe. Overall, it's a great place to live! December 27, 2012
