Rated 4 out of 5?by Reasons why we renewed! We have lived here for about a year now and we just renewed our contract. The neighborhood is great and located near a lot of shopping centers, the complex is very clean, the pools and exercise room are very clean as well. Whenever we have a maintenance issue the staff respond same day. Very quiet area, we like living here and the shear fact that we renewed tells me that this is a great place to live cause this is our first time in an apartment that renewed a contract, we usually just move when our contract is up. So if your looking for a place to move you should check out this complex. I gotten mention though the only draw back about this place is the lack of parking, but everything else is worth living here. Rated 1 out of 5?by Do Yourself a Favor & Keep Looking Not even my worst enemy would I refer to Maroa Park Apartments. They?ve got to be one of the WORST choices you can make if you?re seeking fair and rational people to deal with. From my very first week living there, Maroa's whole emphasis and concern was for themselves and NO CONCERN for residents. They make it clear that you will be billed for almost anything that can go wrong onsite. It would seem they're attempting to avoid ANY cost of doing business by billing the tenants for EVERY little thing. Frankly, it's a form of thievery. Their standard practice is passing ALL, and I do mean ALL, expenses of maintaining their property onto the consumer. However, I would have to give them an A+ for creativity, in consistently coming up with ways to avoid the-cost-of-doing-business. Consider yourself WARNED: Keep looking, almost anyone else will treat you more professionally and with a hint of friendliness. Don't bother to waste time on this one, just keep looking. We are located in the quaint neighborhood in between Maroa and Sierra. Maroa Park offers a quiet and clean living, on a beautiful landscaped 19 acres. This offers our residents the apartment style living, with the spacious environment of living within a park. Our friendly and courteous staff is available six days a week. For stress free living we also have on-call 24hr maintenance personnel. We are within walking distance to Elementary School and High Schools. Easy access to Highways 41 and 99 for our commuting crowd. There is FAX pick up and drop off locations within walking distance. We are also located close to the Fig Garden Shopping Center, and are with in 3 miles of the River Park area. I would like to invite you to our complex to take a tour of our beautiful homes. We have an open model that can be viewed six days a week. We offer four different layouts. All are open floor plans. Our homes are offered in two-story style apartments and also in single level. Each home has washer and dryer hook ups. With the exception of our one bedroom units, that has a medium sized stackable appliance. Our amenities include; a clubhouse, REMODELED Fitness center, 2 pools, hot tub, sauna, laundry rooms, and tennis court. For our furry friends, cats are welcome!
