Rated 3 out of 5?by Hope average The pros are that it has a very nice restroom and the space is Okay considering the monthly rent compared to others. Huge plus is also that there's allot of nice green trees outside and it's in front of allot of stores, the gym etc. Also it's typically very quiet with exception of some children that like to run and yell outside but they r kids.. Cons are that the doing your laundry is too expensive here without mentioning that they close very early while others are open 24/7. Also we came in when they supposively remodeled and it's obvious they downgraded because everything even the handles are cheap and fall off easily, also the doors and kitchen cabinets the material is very cheap from the wood they use to have, sure it looks better but you shouldn't sacrifice look for quality. There are also allot of ants and they supposively fumigated but they are still coming out, this should not happen in the first place. Also termites who come outside because of the heat but obviously we didn't know so they got in, they should let tenants know of this so we close the window geez. Etc... November 6, 2012
