Rated 4 out of 5?by Kirkwood village apartments was told by office statt there currently is a wait list but will continue to look for another. Since I do not know what type of maintenance service provided at this site I do not feel I can give a true rating. But, since I currently live around the corner, I can give a rating on the neighborhood and value of the property. I spoke to a family who currently lives there and they give top rating to this apartment complex, including the maintenance service, quality of amenities & noise as being very good. April 25, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Not correct information I have seen these apartments listed numerous times for availability. But once contacted the office admin for these units they are not ever available. November 2, 2012
Availability Update (as of 4.25.13): We have no available units. We are currently not accepting applications at this time. 1BR ---- The wait for 1 br apt for both renovated ($1400/mo) and non-renovated ($1000/mo) is approximately 12 months. 2BR ---- We currently have a 9-12 month wait list for a 2 BR apartment for both upstairs and downstairs renovated and non-renovated. ($1200/mo - $1800/mo) 3BR ---- We currently have approximately 9-12 month wait list for a 3 BR apartment for both renovated ($2000/mo) and non-renovated ($1700/mo).
