Rated 4 out of 5?by Mrs. K Great spot to live! I've lived here for 6 months with my Husband and we are extremely happy. The apartment rates are the most reasonable I've seen for the size around here. We have 910 square feet for under $700. Gorgeous views of the Catalinas, very quiet area, pretty nice apartments for the price! The only thing I'm kind of disappointed with is that the weight room is not in good condition. The equipment is old and not maintained. I would definitely enjoy using it if it were worth it =( The office staff has been nothing but friendly with us every time we walk in. There were a couple very small issues when we first moved in. The apartment had a bunch of small things that needed maintenance, and at first it seemed that we would be calling maintenance every week! The office and maintenance guys were extremely responsive and helpful though, and they got right on it. We haven't had maintenance needs in a few months now and we're extremely comfortable here. Coronado Villas is conveniently located on Tanque Verde just east of Catalina highway at the base of the Catalina Mountains. Our community is built on 11 acres and has spectacular mountain views. We have easy access to shopping and Sabino Canyon. Our community offers 24 hour emergency maintenence and nightly courtesy patrol.
