Rated 1 out of 5?by JSolo Looks and Staff can be Decieving BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENTS! I have only been here since November, and I have put in a complaint every week, and surprisingly not about neighbors. When I moved in I was wowed by a great sales woman in the office, she was sweet and made me feel at home. I can't say the same, however, for the other office staff. They absolutely do not care about what your complaint is or who you are. Right now I am sitting on an important problem, that has not been at all looked at for over 2 weeks, and that would be a leaky ceiling. A few weeks ago when I filed the complaint I had shoes and a child's crib that got absolutely ruined, then when I woke up today I realized they haven't been on the roof to check out the problem at all because I woke up to clothes, children's electronic toy and a mini fridge being completely damaged! I went back into the office, and complained how this was supposed to be top priority and taken care of a long time ago. It's winter in Tucson, the whether is moody and it rains then dries up it's not impossible to fix it, but it is okay to come into our apartment without notice and "fix" something and end up hitting my dog. I plan on getting a lawyer in here to break my lease within this next month, because why should I pay to leave apartments that absolutely do not care about their residents? They guaranteed satisfaction, and have yet to actually satisfy. Mind you I'm paying way more than I should considering. I can't wait to leave these apartments, and I will NEVER recommend anybody to move in these apartments! February 9, 2013
