Rated 1 out of 5?by Ghost Awful I am actively looking to leave here as soon as possible. The walls are paper thin, I can hear literally everything my neighbors do. The office staff is incredibly poor and very slow to respond to complaints or maintenance situations. Every time I've asked for a work order but one time it's taken multiple trips to the office. The worst part is, especially if you're looking now, there is no AC. It's just a poor swamp cooler that will barely get your apartment below 85 degree when it gets to be 100+ out. I promise you that. Worst of all, you don't control it. We've been seeing 90+ weather the last few weeks and they haven't turned the "AC" on yet the entire office staff has a crisp 65 degree office to introduce their new tenants. I bet my life the model apartments have functioning "AC" as well. April 2, 2013
