Our community has spacious studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms surrounded by lush landscaping with two refreshing swimming pools, one relaxing spa, a Bistro style Business Center with WIFI, a state of the art fitness center with two flat screen cable TV’s and an iPod system with surround sound and BBQ pits throughout our community for those lazy days in the sun. We have ample parking, enclosed bike racks for those who love to ride. Our community has a private laundry facility for our residents located right in the middle of our cozy community. Tempe Town Lakes is a brief trip away where you will find endless entertainment such as concerts on the lake, food festivals, jazz concerts, boat races, the iron man races, kayak races, and much more. Mill Avenue is our major downtown Tempe Hot spot. Mill Avenue is packed with little boutiques, Movie Theater, Restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, cantinas, book stores, coffee houses, it is the prime place to be during our refreshing nights or enjoy the sunshine throughout our cozy campus and surrounding areas.
