Rated 4 out of 5?by karenp#5 100% professional office staff / outstanding customer service the neighbor hood is not the best. maintenance is a little slow on non emergency needs. no emergencies yet so i cant say. i can hear my upstairs neighbors shower running but i don't hear the neighbors. the grounds are clean and the apartment is well maintained and clean. the furniture provided is in great shape, not tattered or stained. the office staff is what makes me like this place the most. they answer all my questions with efficiency. any concerns were clearly explained without any doubts. a little customer service goes a long way and both of the ladies in the office are definitely professionals and well trained at what they do. i like the office staff most of all. the security guy is pretty cool too, even if he had to put my friend in check about where he was parking. my friend was wrong and the security guard was polite and courtesy in his mannerism. thumbs up to the ladies in the office and the security man at night.
