Rated 1 out of 5?by Rent go up every term The management will never appreciate your loyalty no matter how long you live there. Every time when your lease end, they will sure to increase your rent again when you renew no matter housing market goes up or down. It will take from 2-4 days to have some one to fix your problem if it is not an emergency with the reason too busy or too much other work. If that's the case, please hire more people! Rated 1 out of 5?by Keep looking This is not a luxury apartment rather it?s a 16 year old building that is falling apart daily to the point calling in work orders becomes your home life ... something is always breaking. Things look good in the book but the pictures are old. Sometimes when things break around the grounds it takes weeks to fix and if that thing that breaks is near your apartment it?s what you have to look at until they fix it. On top of your other monthly bills you will pay more for electric because the weather stripping in the windows are mostly gone and you will pay anywhere from $50-$75 extra on top of your rent for water, sewer and trash. I say keep looking unless you have money to burn October 2, 2013
