I love the location of these apartments but the only bad thing about it is that it backs up to Shadow Mountain high school and on Friday nights when they have football games it is extremely loud. It is fun to go to the games but if you have to work early the next day let's hope you are a heavy sleeper. I personally am a very light sleeper so this just didn't work out for me. One thing I did notice that a lot of apartments I looked at didn't have is that the patio/balcony wall or fence is completely closed. A lot of places have them where they are not full walls, they are just panels of wood so you can see through them so there is not as much privacy. There was only 1 floor plan for a 1 bedroom apartment but they have 4 for 2 bedroom apartments. I was looking for a 1 bedroom so this was a negative factor for me personally. They are right next to the 51 freeway which is very convenient. So bottom line this place was not good for me but could be great for someone else looking for a bigger apartment and doesn't work early in the morning on weekends. November 3, 2012
