I moved to Avenue 25 from an upscale apartment complex in Scottsdale so that I can be nearer the hospital that I work for and I have not been disappointed! From my first visit, I have felt so welcome! My apartment has hardwood floors and upgrades throughout. My favorite thing is the fitness center. I was able to cancel my gym membership because they have everything here that I need - I especially like the free weights and the television on the treadmill. All of the apartment managers are really nice and helpful. I haven't had to call for maintenance yet, but my neighbor said the maintenance guy is really good. And it's new! I love that the most! I highly recommend!!

My fiance and I also went to Avenue 25th while looking for new Apts. When we walked in one of the ladies was just sitting on her desk and didn't even asked to wait. We looked around the club house and gym thinking she was busy until I asked if she could help us. We told her we were looking for apartments and she said these apartments were brand new and were being rented out quick. After asking questions we asked if we could get a tour and rudely said yeah. My fiance loved the apts and they are really nice but to me it's all about customer service and I do not want to live in a place where I'm going to be treated that way every time I need something from the office staff.

I've been anticipating the construction of this complex for some time while driving by it on my daily commute.
I was excited about touring the property once my lease at my current apartment ended. My roommate and I decided to tour it last week. When we walked in, the manager was quite rude and curtly asked, "What do you want?" We indicated that we wished to take a tour and were prospective residents. She asked a few short questions and walked into her office after we asked about taking a tour. I looked at my roommate and we almost decided to leave, she came off that brunt.
She ended up taking us on a tour and the facilities were impressive. She finally began to warm up after a while. We liked to location but crossed it off our list because our first impression of the staff was so unprofessional. I hope this reaches the attention of the owner because I doubt they want others to feel unwelcome especially if they are trying to find new residents.
