Rated 1 out of 5?by unhappy resident Disappointed My husband and I have lived here for over a year and things that were promised when we moved in still are not done. Most of their advertisement says they have washers & dryers in the units, well only in 3 units, not all of them. Something having to do with the pool brakes about every month, especially during the summer time, it's been closed more then open. Their jacuzzi is broken and we have been told they refuse to fix it because of how much money it will cost. Maintenance with-in the apartment takes a long time to get taken care of. We had cracks in our bathroom counter that took 11 months for them to fix. The fixtures in the bathroom are also broken or work poorly but they still haven't replaced them. Dishwasher doesn't work properly but when they look at it they can't find a problem. The property is poorly taken care of on the outside, they are currently painting the buildings, but this is the first sign of improvement to the property in over a year. The buildings have a huge problem with pigeons who like to nest on top of the buildings/ledges, and coo at all hours of the night/mornings. They also use the property like a bathroom and it does not get cleaned up by maintenance. Office staff has changed 5 times within the year we've been here. The current staff does not treat the tenants very well. We've been "put on the back burner" many times, almost every time we go into the office the staff tells us to come back at another time because they are busy or on their way out or the computer is down.
