Rated 2 out of 5?by Jessica Not that great... Good: The size of the units are a decent size, with decent storage. The appliances are pretty basic, but work fine. The apartments are only a couple years old so the units are in pretty good shape. The clubhouse has a gym, racquetball courts, and a game room.They do allow pets, up to 2/unit. Campus is within walking distance. Bad: The rent is high and because it's so close to campus, don't be surprised if you hear parties throughout the week and at pretty much all hours. Management is difficult to work with and don't know what they're doing. If you have a cat or dog, you'll get charged a $250 pet fee as well as a $250 pet deposit. Oh, and another $30/month in pet rent. I'd say, if you don't have a car, it's worth it to be close to campus. Since I do have a car, I'd rather be farther away from campus paying a couple hundred less in rent per month for the same size apartment and amenities. March 4, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by Cory11 Awesome Place to live I started out as a graduate student at NAU. The Ridge was where my friends were living, so I moved in there. This place has been great! Its close to campus, but not all college kids. There are families always out running around and playing in the clubhouse. Now I'm working at NAU and living at The Ridge with my girlfriend. As long as I'm in Flagstaff (and in an apt) I dont see myself staying anywhere else. January 25, 2013
