Rated 1.3 out of 5?by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5?by Do not move here!!! I was supposed to move in a month before the date I actaully did but they wouldnt call me back to schedule it. When I finally got here there were so many hidden fees and the staff was not supportive. They were rude to me and my family. I only signed a 4 mo lease but I wanted to leave much sooner than that. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! November 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by NEVER EVER LIVE HERE! We call daily for maintenance to come and fix our apartment, and rarely does it get done. The burners on the stove don't fit and are uneven, the water heater has calcium build up but they will tell you "they are too old to drain and fix," so it makes obnoxious noises all day long. The sink disposals rarely work and the walls are so think in room B they built the drainage pipe, next to the bed so you can hear when anyone uses the toilet, sink, or shower. It is nice that they are furnished but pay the extra money to live somewhere worth your money. We are all trying to break out lease because it is ridiculous. October 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Do not move here unless last resort! Don't let the nice front club house fool you. The apartment was clean, but the furnished apartment had 1980's dorm furniture in it and doesn't look anything like the model or pictures. They started to update a few apartments when I moved out, but not all. I had to pay a $500 deposit and upon move out instead of getting a check from my deposit I got a $400 bill! Because of shared utility costs, I was billed 3 months worth of utilities along with a $250+ water bill for a water leak within the walls I noticed upon moving out. The bill was originally over $500 but they decided to split it. I didn't agree because it wasn't anything I did, but just paying was easier than going to small claims court. I just wanted out. I asked the girl in the office if everyone that moves out has to pay a bill and she said yes. So if I didn't have a deposit on a 2 bd room, I would have had to pay almost 1k just to move out!!! That is crazy. I also got a collections letter several months later after paying the final bill. I had to waste several hrs on the phn and faxing a copy of the cleared check to prove i paid it on time and it was their mistake. I wasn't to happy about that, especially after having to pay just to move out. The noise is horrible, so if you aren't a partying college student, this probably isn't the place for you. The snow removal was ok and usually kept up. I never had to call maintenance so can't comment on that. If you want an overpriced party place, with thin walls, then you might fit in. They have a high turn over rate in the office, but the manager has been there for awhile. They aren't the brightest crayons in the box if you know what I mean. Read all reviews on all other sites. If they all are bad, that might tell you something. I'm not one to write reviews, but felt the need to warn others, especially about the move out costs and always hight utility bills. Oh, but the location is great! lol July 27, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by Rude and noisy neighbors Okay don't get me wrong. The apartment is nice, the staff is nice. But the neighbors are rude, spoiled, college students. Unless you're a quiet and introverted student like me, you'll enjoy living here. I have to constantly make noise complaints. My next door plays music so loud it vibrates my walls and my upstairs neighbors are constantly making loud crashing noises from who knows what making my dishes rattle. I don't like the laundry set up. 2 washer and dryers in each building. Theyre almost always taken, so I just go to the laundromat. The location is nice because its right next to the bus that takes me to NAU. I'm moving into a less college friendly apartment in the summer for more peace and quiet. April 17, 2013
