I really enjoy living here. The complex is quiet and safe. They do allow large dogs with no breed restrictions. The grounds are free of "pet messes" as management provides bags and enforces that pet owners are responsible to pick up after their pets. There are also several bbq grills if you care to bake in the sun while you grill your food ;) I would highly recommend cornerstone ranch!

I hate apartments. I'm not that particularly interested in living in a condo or a townhouse or anything else like it. I'm a hermit, i want a yard, don't put stuff on my door.
That being said, this place is great.
I love tyler. She is helpful, and the other people in the office are friendly, and I don't know half their names, but they're usually in a good mood. That makes calling the office more like calling your friend for a favor than calling your boss for a day off.
The maintenance guy is sweet. My dog doesn't warm up to anyone, but the maintenance guy is grounded, calm and very comforting. Even my problem child follows him around.
Speaking of dogs, she's a pitt mix. There are a lot of those here...pitts and shepherds and bully breeds and stuff. For having so many dogs on the grounds, they are very nearly completely poo-free. There's a reason for that, and it's lovely. I love that cleanup rule.
Due to how the units are set up, I only share one wall with a neighbor, and that wall is made up entirely of closets. I don't hear noise. My carpets are not dirty, my porch is roomy, my kitchen is small but very functional, I have a full size washer/dryer (SCORE!) and even the smaller 1 bedroom places have a livingroom big enough for a big sectional sofa. The kitchens are nicely open to the living area. For only 800-ish square feet...it's shockingly comfortable...(and I'm coming out of a 1800 sq ft house with a yard and a two car garage).
I never find posters, fliers, services or advertisements on my door. I am totally looking forward to halloween, though. And school fundraisers.
My car is literally locked with velcro (huzzah, wrangler) and I lose a wink of sleep over it's safety. If you're more concerned, they have garages that lock up if you want them. The only time I've heard an alarm go off is when someone sat on their remote and hit the panic button.
The neighbors are very pleasant. I'm sure there are exceptions, but I haven't run into them yet. Maybe it's a dog-person thing.
Oh...and there are a couple cats that live on the grounds. They are outside cats, they belong to all of us. They will mind their own business, but it would be best if your dog didn't pick on 'em...they're bulletproof. They're like little furry police that keep other critters at bay.
The pool could be deeper.
That's my one gripe...the pool could be deeper. It's good for laps and exercise if you need it, though, and perfect if you have an injury you're trying to heal up.
I love coming home.

I moved in to the "luxury" apartments at Cornerstone Ranch with the intention of finding a home for multiple years. The staff was accomodating right up to the time you sign your lease. Once I moved in and the "luxury" living failed to materialize I was shocked by their attitude of combativeness and hostility. I had to have the same problem fixed multiple times in a very short (less than a week) time span. When I confronted them concerning issues with the property I was hung up on and told they would let me out of my lease. Which I graciously accepted. When I commented to the manager about her rudeness I was informed "It comes with the job."
