I have cats living on my patio and I'm allergic to cats but the management won't do anything about it, its full of inconsiderate UTI students who don't know what a speed limit is and think it's ok to bump their stereos through the parking lot in the middle of the night. The apartments are in horrible condition. You have to supply your own ceiling fans, and there aren't any lights in the room, the floor in the kitchen had to be replaced my first week in the apartment due to poor installation or poor quality materials, maybe both. The entrance gates are constantly messed up. Its a set of double gates that malfunction often where one will be opening while the other is closing but "management is not responsible for damage caused by gates". December 23, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by you will get a roof over your head but that is about it Yes they repainted the outside of the buildings. The appliances are of the lowest quality . My refridgerator is either to cold "freezes" inside fridge then out of the blue be to warm "bad milk" a week before expiration. The a/c s are always being "worked on" . They patch them up then within a month working on the same one , or tell you to turn it off then come and say look it is working now then it is time for them to go home and guess what , within an hour broke again. You call them and they start the process all over again. Then there is the pool area the jacuzzi hasnt worked properly for over a year , the jets , then the heater, then back to the jets, and now they dont even clean it . There is stuff in there all the time and now the kids use it for their bathroom. The pool itself is shutdown twice a month for "maintenance". Then during pool hours no one will unlock the pool when it is actually working . You try to talk to management and they are like we are working on it. You ask how and all you get is we are sorry . Guess they nailed that one on the head . "LUXURY APARTMENTS" guess you can call it what you like i guess the roof dont leak yet..... July 24, 2013
