Rated 5 out of 5?by shaunac13 Great Location for a Great Value The location is exceptional, being just a short drive to Airport and I-65. For what you get, the value is exceptional. While the buildings were built in the seventies, which definitely shows, the maintenance keeps them in fairly good looking shape, and they're quick to respond with maintenance issues. The community is very family friendly, and while there are always a few bad eggs to every place you'll live, the overall quality of neighbors is phenomenal. The apartment complex is also very pet friendly, with several locations to walk your dogs, and an amazing dog park with both a big and little dog area with benches and pick-up stations in both areas. Which leads me to my next thing: they have a reasonable pound limit for animals at 70 lbs. Most apartment complexes cut it off at 40 lbs or less, which made it difficult to find a place to keep my dog, who is 60 lbs, and live in comfort. In all, whether you're looking for an affordable place to live while in college, or a place for your family, or any other situation in your life, this place offers comfort for all walks of life.
