Rated 1 out of 5?by unhappy resident Run the other way as fast as you can... Besides the staff at the office, nothing is really ok about these apartments. There way of doing business is not fair, they promise things at move in and do not come through... have had the unfortunate bad luck of being here for two years and am still waiting on them converting this to a fenced community. The community is plagued by noisy people who have no consideration at 3 am running their radios to absurd levels. The apartments are very ill maintained at move in, doors do not close, broken water heater, heating/cooling unit busted. Water is not metered... it is averaged and a month when you spend two weeks out you will pay the same if not more then normal. The pool is open from 8 - 5 weekdays, 9 - 6 Saturday and 11 - 5 on Sundays. You will be harassed by staff on "routine" maintenance and make you waste time telling you they will come to perform it and never come, and repeat this cycle over and over for weeks until they finally come for 10 minutes do nothing and leave. Outdated/broken appliances and little interest in making you happy and comfortable after you have signed lease. Horrible dirty surroundings full of dogs stuff. Ceiling falling apart, etc. April 28, 2013
