Rated 1 out of 5?by Worse apartments in Dothan The place is very old. If you live on the ground floor be prepared for loud noise from the apartment above. When you move, and you will as soon as possible, be prepared for a huge bill. Typical is $1000. Also the staff ignores any attempt at communication from your legal representative. They just turn your case to collection straight away. Be prepared to have your credit ruined or pay up. Terrible people running and old run down apartment. December 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5?by Fantastic place to live. I recently moved to the Dothan, Alabama area. Upon recommendations of some family friends who lived in the area, I checked out Fieldcrest. Best choice I ever made. The staff is friendly and efficient. They have answered all my questions and fixed any problem within a few hours of notice. I can not ask for a better place to live.
