About This Property
$675+utilities(typically range $85-$140) +$675 deposit No Vouchers/Section 8 **Available ASAP starting October 1st* Hello future friends! :) We are looking for a new housemate for our front bedroom in the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that we share. There are 3 other folks there currently, Blake (male 41yrs), Josh (male 22yrs) and April ( female 38yrs, she may be moving out this month and is renting my room-I'm Kerry female 40yrs) so you would be our 4th housemate! :) We typically only have 3 people living at the house, but are currently in flux as one person is staying in our spare room while they decide where they will be moving to next. There is no smoking indoors, and we are looking for long term renters but are open to shorter leases as well :) YOUR ROOM (labeled Room 2 in photos) This is the front room and one of the sunniest rooms in the house, overlooking the porch. There are double doors that open into the room with 3 large windows facing south and west. There is a built-in work bench (that you can remove if preferred), a closet, and a pillowtop mattress that was newly purchased less than a year ago. We have a bedframe and headboard available outside of the room as well, but our previous roommate did not want to use it. You are sharing 1 bathroom with Josh and Blake (featured in photos) and April has the Primary bedroom with a private bath that she uses herself. PETS ???? We are dog friendly with a nonrefundable fee of $150 (1 dog permitted onlyl)--but only if your dog is friendly towards other housemates and cats. April has 1 cat who is not cat-friendly, and if I return to the house when April leaves, my cat is also not cat friendly, which is why we don't allow for any other cats. We also feed some outdoor kitties and any new dogs would need to be friendly to them. Please note that we share a chain link fence with a neighbor who has 2 dogs that are not friendly with other dogs, so when the dogs are in the yard (which is not secure) you would need to block the fence with boards or find a solution so that the dogs on either side of the fence can co-exist peacefully with our next door neighbor. :) NO COUPLES/PAIRS Room is only for one person, please :) HOUSEMATES: (2 other people living here, you would be our 3rd) I'm Kerry and I freelance in event production. I own the house and am currently out of town until November, but may be out of town further if work presents itself. I am always available via phone if not in person! ?? Joshua is a culinary student who is from Louisiana and in class during the week and often visiting friends/family on the weekends back home. April who rents the back primary bedroom off the back porch and who owns the cat, bakes, freelances and reads tarot in Jackson Square. She is here temporarily while friends are remodeling their shared space. We are looking to ensure our space is relaxing, has positive chill vibes and harmonious with the nature and animals around us :) YOU: Clean, peaceful, respectful, kind to neighbors, no parties, no long-term live-in friends/family or guests beyond one week. We have a no dishes in the sink over night rule and expect everyone to contribute to cleaning the house and common areas. :) Feel free to text, call, email any questions and please *let us know a little about yourself* if you are interested in a viewing! Some things to share would be what you are looking for in a roommate/housing situation, what are your hobbies/interests?

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data.
